Responsibilities

ā¢ Conduct industry and company diligence
ā¢ Support deal execution and client communications
Qualifications
ā¢ 1ā5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
ā¢ Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
ā¢ Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
ā¢ Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
