Career Growth Opportunities: There are many paths for career advancement within our healthcare team! Work Flexibility: Our operation hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. The starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour . Training: Induction includes 7 weeks of classroom training and 2 weeks of nesting. Attendance is mandatory, as missing any day will affect your progression. Benefits: Paid time off accrues after 180 days of employment. Medical, dental, and vision benefits available from day one. Job Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of incoming calls related to benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related inquiries. Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs thoroughly, addressing all questions. Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, ensuring efficient follow-ups as necessary. Work toward one-call resolution by addressing unasked questions and resolving members’ issues. Navigate members' plan benefits and review client policies while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Utilize multiple client systems for accurate information delivery. Exhibit strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Maintain a polite demeanor and a strong focus on excellent service. Sample Questions: Will eyeglasses be covered under this policy? I lost my ID card; can you assist me in getting another? Requirements: Complete a customer service assessment and a typing test successfully. High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Attend a mandatory paid training program with full attendance. A background check must be successfully completed. Equipment and Workspace Requirements: Conduent provides all necessary equipment (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, and cables). Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 download and 10 upload speed is required (connections must be wired via ethernet; no satellite or wireless internet). A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential. Keep your workspace clean and free from distractions during your working hours. Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00/hour . Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
