Healthcare Business System Analyst with HEDIS
As an Healthcare Business System Analyst with HEDIS, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Experience: - 10+ Years
Location: - Remote / PST
Responsibilities: -
ā¢ These individuals will be backfilling for existing BSAs who will support Integration/Affiliation scope, but as required, these BSAs will also support the Affiliation activities in the Provider and Quality domain.
ā¢ In the near term, they will be joining the ClinicalONE squad to support Supplemental Clinical Data Quality Framework (new project).
ā¢ Prior experience in healthcare is a must, experience with HEDIS and/or clinical data is highly desired.
ā¢ Day-to-day includes researching HEDIS quality specifications, analyzing messy clinical data from a business lens, prototyping complex queries to be later implemented by Engineering, presenting complex ideas and problems to teams/leaders with less technical expertise.
ā¢ They will ultimately aim to multiply Product power and co-lead project execution.
Educational Qualifications: -
ā¢ Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
ā¢ Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory skills
ā¢ Healthcare Data
ā¢ Senior Analyst Experience
ā¢ Expert SQL proficiency
ā¢ Some Python proficiency
ā¢ Ability to clearly and concisely write technical requirements in plain English
Good to have skills: -
Experience with clinical data and/or HEDIS
Snowflake medium proficiency
SQL expert
Python medium
Word/Excel - expert
