Remote (Anywhere in the US) Quarterly Travel to Puerto Rico for a week is required.
Contract
Fluency in Spanish language.
As a Business System Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features.
Responsibilities/Requirements :
Β 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payer domain
Β Fluency in Spanish language.
Β Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Β Working SQL knowledge.
Β Deep experience and understanding of Healthcare Payer and Claims.
Β Identify AI use cases.
Β Experience writing user stories with proper acceptance criteria.
Β Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Β Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
Β Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, ACA).
Β Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Lead/mentor junior business analysts and team members if needed.
Β Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare and payer systems.
Educational Qualifications: -
Β Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar technical discipline .
Mandatory Skills/Experience :-
Β Expertise in core SQL
Β Experience with HRP
Β Business Systems Analysis background
Β Experience working in the Payer domain
Β Knowledge of Healthcare Claims transactions
