Analyze and review healthcare billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Communicate with clients and insurance companies to obtain necessary information for billing.
Process and submit accurate and timely healthcare claims.
Stay up-to-date on healthcare billing regulations and procedures.
Maintain organized and detailed records of billing activities.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any billing-related inquiries or concerns.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the billing process.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Follow up on outstanding payments and work to resolve any billing disputes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of new billing processes and systems.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and financial information.
Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and regulations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all billing activities.
