Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing ongoing support and guidance.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and developments, proactively identifying potential areas for improvement and offering expert insights and recommendations.
Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the message to different audiences.
Lead and participate in workshops, presentations, and meetings with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision-making.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee the successful execution of projects for clients in the healthcare and lifescience sector.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the overall growth and strategy of the healthcare and lifescience practice at IBM.
Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities and knowledge.
