Healthcare Analyst – Advisor
Job Description • Analyze equipment utilization and rental activity to identify opportunities to reduce avoidable rentals. • Provide recommendations and insights that drive operational change and measurable cost savings. • Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM’s Strategic Advisors, and hospital customer administration and clinical staff. • Support the strategic placement and ongoing management of rental equipment to meet clinical needs while optimizing spend. • Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships using a consultative approach. • Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst (or comparable analytical experience in a healthcare environment). • Strong presentation and storytelling skills ; proficiency with PowerPoint. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to influence stakeholders, change behaviors, and improve processes across cross-functional teams. • Strong partnership-building skills and a customer-focused, consultative approach.
