Health IT Business Analyst (100% Remote)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Health IT Business Analyst to join a 5-year federal program supporting a Government agency. As a key member of our team, you will work 100% remotely and play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, translating, and managing technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between software development teams and internal/external stakeholders throughout various IT projects
Gather and analyze technical requirements to drive project success
Provide support for the agency's SharePoint site and manage critical data within SharePoint
Analyze and develop reports on technical requirements, process flow charts, and project metrics
Assist with business process engineering enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a business analyst, requirements analyst, technical analyst, IT consultant, or related role supporting a Government agency
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements for IT projects
Experience managing a SharePoint site and utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Connect, WebEx, GoToMeeting, and CRM platforms like Salesforce


What We Offer:
