Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Health Insurance Advisor. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their health insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, explaining policy terms and benefits, promoting wellness and health-focused initiatives, and staying current on health insurance policies and regulations. The advisor will also conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to address their inquiries and adjust their plans as needed.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support
• Proven experience in Training and educating clients or team members on health insurance products
• Knowledge or background in Health Promotion and Wellness to guide clients towards informed health-related decisions
• Proficiency in staying updated on industry trends and health insurance policies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Relevant certifications or licensure in health insurance or related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in insurance advising or healthcare services is advantageous
