Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, using the Creative Curriculum framework
Maintain accurate records of child development, including progress reports, assessments, and parent-teacher conferences
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with the Early Learning Manager and other staff members to achieve program goals and objectives
Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
