Your mission: drive market share and grow the product into the top choice for anyone wanting to get online. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, shaping go-to-market strategies, orchestrating impactful launches, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable growth. Connect with your team: Domantas Gudeliauskas, VP of Product Marketing and Growth Your day-to-day Develop and implement the marketing vision and strategy for the Website Builder product, driving feature adoption and growth.Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through regular reporting.Initiate and manage cross-departmental projects to accelerate growth in selected countries, testing and optimizing strategies.Set and manage investment strategies per country, aligning with overall company goals.Lead high-performing teams to execute marketing strategies and meet key business objectives.Organize and distribute strategic plans, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for efficient planning.Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources, and costs.Act proactively with a "can-do" attitude to drive growth and achieve business targets. Your skills and experience 4+ years of experience working with product marketing, digital performance marketing, and partnership management.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.Ability to understand technical aspects needed.Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication.
