The Role
As Head of Social at OnePay, you will define and lead our social strategy as a core growth and brand lever, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and trust our brand. You will:
Own social strategy and define its role in driving brand awareness, trust, and customer acquisition

Build and lead a high velocity, platform native content engine across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube

Develop and scale creator and influencer partnerships to extend reach and credibility

Drive community engagement and establish social as a real time customer interaction and feedback channel

Leverage social listening and performance data to inform content, campaigns, and product insights while partnering cross functionally with Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance

You Bring
10+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer tech, fintech, or high growth D2C or B2C brands

Proven track record of building and scaling high performing social and content programs that drive measurable growth

Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator ecosystems, and what resonates in culture across major social channels

Experience leading teams and building fast moving, high output content operations

Strong cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance stakeholders
