Head of Service Delivery

The Head of Service Delivery will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, engaging with both internal teams and external clients. This position combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within the organization. The candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and driving results in a dynamic technical solutions landscape.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, customize, and implement technical solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
• Lead the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services, including project management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee financial aspects of client engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.

Education And Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical solutions or managed services environment.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management, solution design, and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid grasp of financial management principles and budgetary practices.

Preferred Skills And Experience
• Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Work Environment
• This is a full-time remote position with a need for occasional travel to client sites or company meetings as necessary.
• Work hours can be flexible but some overlap with client time-zones may be required for collaboration and meetings.
• Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet connection.
