Responsibilities: Own and deliver the sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.Manage a high-performing sales team, including setting individual targets and KPIs.Identify and secure new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and direct clients.Generate leads through cold calling and door opening.Explore new avenues for business.Achieve annual targets by selling online and creative agency services across all of Hypebeast's media properties.Develop a robust pipeline of demand opportunities and provide clients with 360° bespoke creative solutions.Collaborate closely with other HYPEBEAST departments and business units, such as client services, marketing, editorial, product development, and finance. Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.The ability to manage multiple projects.Holding a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.An excellent understanding of digital advertising, with a strong network of contacts among agencies and clients.A positive attitude and mindset, with the ability to be a strong team player.Strong skills in communication, analysis, time management, and organization.Familiarity with youth culture.Candidate must be eligible to work in Indonesia.
