Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition
Department: Recruiting
Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer
Summary
The role of the Director of Talent Acquisition includes monitoring talent acquisition
procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-
potential candidates.
Duties/Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential

Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
Lead all sourcing strategies.
Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget.
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and
communication).
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred
candidates).
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities
Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with
internal teams, external partners and candidates).
Good team-management abilities.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks).
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
initiatives.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Work environment
Noise Level is moderate to loud
Physical demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Travel required
Up to 20% travel, by car or plane, to assigned regions that we currently provide services
in or will be providing services in the future.
NOTE (required)
The client is searching for a TA Director level candidate with ABA experience. They are
looking for someone that can drive results in a high growth environment and implement
fresh, new recruitment strategies for hard to fill BCBA roles.
