We are seeking a Head of Property (Hotels) to spearhead our strategic property plan, managing the full lifecycle of our hotel assets and the ability to influence stakeholders within a complex, multi-site matrix organisation to deliver strategic outcomes. Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Develop and execute the comprehensive Hotel Property Plan. You will own the portfolio management process; from identifying and securing new acquisitions to divesting underperforming hotels.Serve as the primary point of contact for our major property owners. Ensure every major capital investment is protected by reviewing lease contracts before any renewal work is approved.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across a complex matrix organisation.Qualifications:Now let’s talk about you: You are a seasoned property professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
