We are seeking a Head of Property to spearhead our strategic property plan, managing the full lifecycle of our hotel assets, from high-value acquisitions to strategic divestments and everything in between.In this pivotal role, you will be the driver of our Landlord Strategy, the guardian of our capital investments, and the visionary leader for our future centralised Facilities Management function.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Develop and execute the comprehensive Hotel Property Plan. You will own the end-to-end acquisition process; including due diligence and business cases, while diagnosing underperformance to implement turnaround or exit strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for our major property owners. You will lead high-level commercial negotiations, including rent reviews and lease "re-gears," to secure sustainable long-term tenure in exchange for site investment.Ensure every major capital investment is protected by conducting rigorous lease reviews before any renewal work is approved.Build and oversee a centralised FM team to manage preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance (fire, electrical, etc.), and third-party contractor performance.Mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across a complex matrix organisation.Qualifications:Now let’s talk about you: You are a seasoned property professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
