In this role, you will be the connection point between our product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring our Common Room resonates with our target audience and drives business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Positioning & MessagingDefine our product and market positioning through deep customer, product, and market knowledgeRefine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop targeted messaging for different champions and buyersContinually evolve our narrative to maintain market leadership in the AI GTM spaceMarket Intelligence & Thought LeadershipStay current with AI and GTM market trends, news, and innovationsEnsure our messaging remains cutting-edge in a rapidly evolving landscapeTranslate complex market dynamics into actionable insights for the organizationSales Enablement & Competitive IntelligenceConduct win/loss analyses and competitive research to inform go-to-market strategyProvide persona knowledge and market insights to our sales teamDevelop sales enablement materials that drive understanding and effective articulation of our value propositionProduct Launch & Campaign StrategyPartner with Product Management to deeply understand the roadmapDrive effective product launches that generate pipeline and accelerate adoptionDevelop strategic campaigns targeting our ICP with differentiated messagingMeasure and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROIAnalyst RelationsDefine and execute our strategy for engaging with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester)Ensure Common Room is positioned effectively in relevant market researchBuild and maintain relationships with key analysts in our spacePartner MarketingIdentify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with strategic partnersDevelop joint value propositions that extend our market reachQualificationsRequired7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaSProven track record of successful product positioning and messagingExperience marketing to mid-market and enterprise audiencesStrong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and buyer journeysExcellent communication and storytelling abilitiesExperience working with sales teams on enablement and competitive intelligenceDemonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefitsPreferredExperience in AI, customer intelligence, or sales/marketing technology spacesExperience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester)Background in data-driven marketing with strong analytical capabilitiesExperience marketing to sales, revenue operations, or marketing executive personasOur values:Be Customer-centric - We work backwards from the needs of our customers.
