Founded in Ukraine, scaling worldwide In this role, you will Own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and vision to execution and operational management Build and scale marketing strategy, including user acquisition, monetization, and expansion to new markets Enhance product analytics by defining key metrics, driving data-informed decisions, and uncovering growth opportunities Lead and grow the team — hiring, mentoring, aligning around product goals, and building a strong ownership culture Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, narrative, marketing, analytics) to deliver high-impact features Optimize internal processes and workflows to increase speed, quality, and efficiency Drive innovation, including внедрение AI tools for automation, content generation, and product improvements It’s all about you Proven experience leading mobile products (mobile-first mindset is a must, not web-only) Background in gaming or content-driven products (stories, books, apps for female audience) Strong expertise in in-app purchases and building internal app economies Solid marketing understanding — user acquisition, monetization strategies, growth loops Strong product analytics skills — ability to define metrics and make data-driven decisions Experience managing and scaling teams Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for automation and content creation Understanding how to integrate AI into product workflows and user experience Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and B2+ English Would be a plus Experience on international markets, especially the US Experience launching products from scratch What we offer Care and support: 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick days, and 6 additional days off for family events Up to 10 additional days off for public holidays 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Team building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch Financial and legal support Position retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine Participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Comfortable working environment: Work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule Modern equipment or depreciation of your own tools Investment in your future: Collaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche 70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here – so can you!
