We’re now entering a new growth chapter and are hiring a Head of Product to level up our product organization and execution. This is a key leadership role with high impact.You’ll directly report and work closely with Mounir, CEO, and take full ownership of delivery, execution, and team management. You’ll lead and inspire our growing team of Product Managers and Designers to ship world-class products at scale. You will align the product team around the vision and build the operational muscle to bring it to life.Your mission: deliver results, raise the bar, and inspire a product team to build best-in-class product experiences. You’ll ensure velocity, collaboration, and quality, all while fostering a strong product culture.You’d Be a Great Fit If YouHave held a Head of Product, Product Director, or VP Product title at a B2C company;Are a world-class product leader with a strong management track record - mentoring and inspiring teams of Product Managers and Designers;Are deeply analytical, with strong business acumen and an eye for product design;Are experienced in shipping and scaling successful consumer products, with direct revenue impact;Have strong product fundamentals - you balance data, intuition, and user insights to make high-quality decisions;Are a great operator: you build systems, structure teams, and improve delivery performance;Are excited by the opportunity to build a legacy, helping millions achieve financial independence;Have a technical background and actively work with AI.Bonus Points If YouExperience in regulated environments (crypto, banking)Have built AI-powered features or experiences into product offerings;Have personally invested and are passionate about empowering users to invest better;Have a STEM or Business School background (e.g., engineering or finance);Have worked at leading product-first companies such as Revolut, Trade Republic, Wise, or Robinhood;Have scaled product teams from early stages to growth—you know what “great” looks like at every level.How to apply?Tell us why you want to join Finary.
