Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Nursing to lead and elevate our nursing operations and strategy. This role will oversee the clinical performance of nursing teams, implement innovative care practices, and ensure the highest standards of patient care across CVS Health’s healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal clinical performance and professional growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience.

- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to optimize service delivery and operational sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, team development, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technologies and data analytics tools.
