We hire people who stay agile as the tide ebbs and flows, fix what’s broken without waiting, chase trends before they peak, and remember to have fun through it all.What we're looking forRain is looking for a Head of Network Operations, in this role, you’ll work closely with our implementation team, and our finance team to help expand Rain’s products on each card network, expand card network partnerships, and help BIN sponsorship customers onboard..What You'll DoPartner with card Networks to launch new products, set up new BINs, etc.Serve as the primary point of contact for BIN sponsorship customers integrationsCollaborate with the product team to provide structured feedback and influence roadmap decisions.What you will bring to Rain5+ years at Visa or Mastercard and familiarity setting up new BINs, products, etcYou’re comfortable explaining complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.You love working directly with customers and solving real business problems through software.You have experience integrating with financial systemsYou thrive in early-stage environments where you can build processes from scratch.Desirable but not mandatoryFamiliarity with Stablecoins.Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot.BenefitsOur team works hard, so we make sure our benefits do too.
