Fixated is the leading creator management company and content studio built for the next era of digital entertainment. Founded in 2023 by Zach Katz and Jason Wilhelm, and backed by over $50M from Eldridge Industries, Fixated represents some of the most influential creators across gaming, lifestyle, and entertainment, collectively generating billions of monthly views.

We go beyond traditional management. We develop creators as full-stack businesses: producing content in-house, scaling audiences across every major platform, driving brand partnerships, building owned IP, and now. We are setting the industry standard, and we want our marketing to reflect that.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build and own Fixated's brand presence, both inside the creator ecosystem and across the brand and agency world. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who understands that Fixated needs to be a household name in two distinct but interconnected markets: creators who want to be represented by the best, and brands and agencies who need the most effective path to reaching audiences at scale.

This person will architect Fixated's marketing function from the ground up, defining how we show up at events, how we tell our story, how we communicate internally and externally, and how our owned social channels reflect the caliber of the company we are building. You will manage our relationship with our external PR firm, oversee our social media, and be the connective tissue between our internal teams and the outside world.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Brand & Market Positioning
• Define and steward Fixated's brand voice, visual identity, and positioning across all channels and audiences.
• Develop dual-track messaging: one that speaks to creators and talent about why Fixated is where they want to build their business, and one that speaks to brands and agencies about why Fixated is the most effective partner to reach audiences at scale.
• Own the company's content and copywriting standards, ensuring every external touchpoint reflects the quality and ambition of the Fixated brand.
Events & Industry Presence
• Lead Fixated's event strategy, from creator-facing activations and industry conferences (VidCon, Playlist Live, Cannes Lions, CES, NewFronts) to proprietary events that put Fixated at the center of the conversation.
• Manage all event logistics end to end: sponsorships, experiential programming, creator appearances, and brand integration opportunities.
• Represent Fixated at key industry moments, building relationships with media, conference organizers, and ecosystem partners.
PR & Communications
• Serve as the primary liaison with Fixated's external PR firm, managing strategy, pitching priorities, and coverage targets across trade and consumer press.
• Own internal communications, ensuring the broader Fixated team is aligned, informed, and energized around company milestones, announcements, and culture.
• Draft and oversee all press materials, executive communications, announcements, and thought leadership content.
• Develop a proactive earned media strategy that establishes Fixated's founders and leaders as voices in the creator economy.
Social Media & Content
• Directly manage Fixated's Social Media hire, setting strategy, content cadence, and performance benchmarks across Fixated's owned channels.
• Ensure Fixated's social presence reflects the caliber and culture of our roster and our company, not a corporate afterthought, but a destination.
• Develop creator-adjacent content that bridges Fixated's brand with the audiences our creators are already building.
Marketing Infrastructure & Reporting
• Build the marketing function from the ground up, identifying the right tools, processes, and team structure to support Fixated's growth stage.
• Define KPIs across brand awareness, earned media, event ROI, and social performance, and report against them regularly to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creator Partnerships, Content, and Community teams to align marketing with business objectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with a meaningful track record in creator economy, media, entertainment, or a brand-side role with heavy influencer/digital focus.
• A genuine understanding of the creator ecosystem, who the major players are, how the business works, and what creators and their audiences actually respond to.
• Proven experience managing PR agency relationships and driving earned media at scale.
• Strong event planning and experiential marketing chops, you've built and run events that move the needle, not just check a box.
• Exceptional writer and storyteller, you can take a complex, fast-moving company and distill it into crisp, compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Experience managing direct reports and building small but high-performing teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and at pace, Fixated moves fast, and this role requires someone who can set the agenda rather than wait for one.
• Familiarity with the brand and agency ecosystem is a strong plus, understanding how media buyers, brand marketers, and agency planners think about creator partnerships.
• Existing relationships across the creator industry, media, and/or brand marketing community.
