Head of Marketing & Growth - Law Firm | SEO + PPC

Remote Full-time
To be considered for this role, please apply via our application form: Head of Marketing & Growth - Law Firm | SEO + PPC Remote | Full-Time The Opportunity A well-established, fast-growing national tax resolution law firm with 20+ markets is bringing its marketing function fully in-house. We’ve built strong organic rankings, a large Google Business Profile portfolio, and active campaigns across multiple markets over the past several years. The foundation is in place and performing. We’re now ready to own this function internally - including an active transition from external vendors - and are looking for a seasoned operator to take the wheel and build on what’s working. This is a true ownership role. You’ll be the firm’s first in-house marketing hire, reporting directly to firm leadership, with real strategic influence and a clear path to grow the function as the firm expands nationally. What You’ll Own • Multi-location local SEO across 20+ markets: rankings, content, backlink strategy, and ongoing optimization • Google Business Profile management across the full location portfolio, including new office launches, verification, and suspension management • Review velocity: building and operating a systematic review generation program across all locations • Google Local Service Ads: full setup, advertiser verification, profile optimization, and ongoing dispute management • Google Ads: full campaign management across market-specific campaigns built around local intent • Facebook and Instagram paid advertising: building and scaling retargeting campaigns from scratch • Content strategy: landing pages, local SEO content, and blog production • Attribution and analytics: building proper tracking and a performance dashboard • Managing an orderly transition from current external vendors to full in-house ownership without dropping the ball on existing performance What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in digital marketing, the majority of which in legal marketing (agency or in-house) • Legal marketing experience is required. Candidates without direct experience in law firm SEO, GBP management, or legal PPC will not be considered • Deep hands-on experience with local SEO at scale: you’ve personally managed multiple GBP portfolios, dealt with suspensions and competitor-reported listings, and built local page architecture that drives Maps rankings • Proven review velocity experience: you’ve built or operated an automated review generation system • LSA experience: you’ve set up, verified, and optimized LSA accounts • Google Ads expertise: you’ve built campaigns from scratch, managed six-figure monthly budgets, and structured campaigns by market • Comfortable operating independently, building playbooks, and owning outcomes without an agency safety net Why This Role • First in-house marketing hire with direct access to firm leadership and real strategic ownership • One brand to go deep on instead of managing multiple clients • Active growth trajectory - the firm has expanded from a handful of markets to 20+ and is positioned to continue • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience • Fully remote • Clear growth path to build a team as the firm scales To be considered for this role, please apply via our application form: Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
