Head of Marketing
amma pregnancy tracker is an international mobile app and one of the world's largest communities for moms-to-be and their families. We are building the world's best ecosystem to support families through all stages of pregnancy.
We are looking for a strategic growth leader to own our full marketing funnel—from user acquisition to retention. You'll architect data-driven strategies across paid UA, social media, and product-led growth while leading creative production to scale our app globally.
responsibilities
Paid Growth / Oversee UA campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), optimizing budgets and ROAS across markets with predictive campaign planningOrganic Growth / Lead cross-country SMM strategy and organic traffic expansionStore Analytics / Own end-to-end ASO (App Store & Play Store optimization) with deep store analytics expertiseProduct Growth / Implement marketing-driven features and conversion optimizations through cross-team collaborationCreative Leadership / Develop high-performing ad creatives/content with producer through rapid testing frameworksData Leadership / Build predictive analytics models for LTV forecasting and campaign scalabilityTeam Scaling / Manage distributed teams (UA, SMM, creatives) with performance-driven culture
requirements
5+ years in mobile app/gaming marketing with UA expertise (CPI/ROAS-focused)Hands-on experience managing budgets across platformsProven success in scaling apps internationally (emerging markets a plus)Strong analytical mindset Leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsFluent English (Upper-Intermidiate+)

Own marketing end-to-end at a high-growth startup with equity potentialHands-on experience launching and scaling web-to-app (W2W) funnels
