About Us Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. We empower care providers to mitigate high-risk events and enable executives to make informed decisions based on clinical and operational data. Our mission is to drive data-driven, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. Additionally, we offer technical assistance and consulting services for new and existing PACE programs. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and support go-to-market efforts. As a senior leader, you will drive key initiatives such as shaping our brand story, managing product campaigns, and developing marketing channels aligned with our business goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing function while directly impacting business growth. You will collaborate closely with the product team to understand product value and timelines, enabling the development of effective sales enablement and customer success strategies. Additionally, you will manage market insights, conducting research, beta launches, and customer segmentation to support product and commercial improvements. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Brand Story, Positioning & Messaging Develop and maintain the Intus Care brand story, preparing for updates in advance of product launchesCreate cohesive messaging frameworks that reflect our offerings and missionImplement standardized language and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materialsManage social channels, outbound campaigns, and brand positioningLead initiatives to strengthen brand presence across channels, ensuring impactful messagingProduct Marketing Oversee pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation to facilitate sales and product adoptionLead internal/external product launches and manage go-to-market strategiesUse data to craft customer-centric claims and outcomesCollaborate with the product team to align on value propositions and launch timelinesGo-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and executionIdentify and prioritize target markets and customer segments to drive growthBuild comprehensive launch plans, including messaging, positioning, channel strategies, and performance metricsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edgePipeline Development & Sales Enablement Develop standardized messaging and tools for sales and marketing teamsCreate and maintain sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, product guides) in collaboration with designers and product teamsDesign and optimize lead-generation campaigns including email, social, etc. to drive awareness and conversionsOversee website updates to ensure it reflects our brand, is user-friendly, and converts visitors into leadsManage the preparation and coordination of conferences, ensuring alignment with business goalsMarket Insights and Analytics Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging, positioning, and strategyGather insights on customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapesSupport product development and customer success with insights from research and beta testingCross-Functional Team Coordination Work closely with product and commercial teams to align on product messaging, launch timelines, and customer feedbackEquip sales teams with clear, compelling messaging and presentationsPerformance Metrics & Reporting Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and campaignsCommunicate the impact of marketing efforts through regular reports, identifying successes and areas for improvement to guide future investmentsQualifications Proven experience as a digital health marketing leaderAt least 7-10 years of experience in digital health marketingExtensive track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launchesExperience working closely with product teams to understand complex products and create resonating messagingDeep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care spaceStrong project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project and marketing plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams of varying backgroundsDemonstrated ability to deliver consistent results autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred) What We Offer A chance to be a part of a trailblazing team in healthcare technology.
