Head Of Human Resources – Benefits And Compensation • Competitive salary • Remote role with multi-state exposure and some travel • Full benefits package • Growth-focused ownership group • Long-term career path as the company scales • Opportunity to architect systems instead of simply maintaining them Head Of Human Resources – Requirements And Qualifications • Experience building scalable HR systems in a multi-unit environment • Strong background in talent strategy, recruiting models, and workforce planning • Proven success rolling out leadership development, training, and structured onboarding • Skilled in culture design, engagement strategies, and retention tools • Solid understanding of labor law, wage and hour, safety, and general compliance • Ability to create HR KPIs and drive accountability through data • Comfortable partnering closely with founders and Operations leadership • Experience supporting multiple QSR or Fast Casual brands and leaders across multiple states • Must bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution • Day-to-day work includes building a 1–3 year HR roadmap, strengthening bench depth, guiding performance management rhythms, elevating manager capability, and standardizing HR processes for scale Head Of Human Resources – Preferred Background And Skills • Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality HR experience • History of reducing turnover and building strong promotion pipelines • Familiarity with HR tech stacks and process optimization • Strong communication skills, high EQ, and a coaching mindset • Track record of influencing operators and guiding culture across diverse regions At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
