We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.Role:As Head of Growth and Advisor Network at SentiLink, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth engine: driving pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across our core and emerging segments. You will roll up your sleeves and partner with a high-performing cross functional team with members from demand generation, product marketing, content, events and growth operations, while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science.This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative growth leader who thrives in complex B2B environments—particularly in fraud, identity, or financial services—and knows how to translate deep technical products into compelling, high-performing go-to-market strategies.This is a remote, US-based role.Responsibilities:Own and drive SentiLink’s end-to-end growth strategy, including demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue accelerationBuild and scale a predictable, high-ROI pipeline engine across channels (digital, events, partnerships, ABM, outbound/inbound)Lead a cross-functional growth initiative across marketing, sales, fraud intelligence, advisory group, and other teamsPartner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, segmentation strategy, and conversion optimizationDevelop compelling positioning and personalized messaging rooted in deep understanding of fraud, identity, and customer pain pointsTranslate complex data, analytics, and product capabilities into clear, differentiated storytelling and thought leadershipOwn experimentation and performance optimization across the funnel—continuously improving CAC, conversion rates, and ROIBuild scalable reporting frameworks to track performance, attribute impact, and inform investment decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Fraud Intelligence, and Solutions teams to bring new capabilities to marketRequirements:10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or fraud/identityProven track record of owning and scaling pipeline generation and revenue growth in a complex, technical sales environmentExperience leading and building high-performing marketing or growth teamsStrong analytical mindset with deep experience using data to drive strategy, experimentation, and decision-makingExceptional ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives and campaignsExperience with multi-channel growth strategies, including demand generation, events, ABM, partnerships, and contentTrack record of improving marketing efficiency (e.g., increasing ROI, reducing CAC, optimizing spend)Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales, Product, and executive stakeholdersExperience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing and analytics platformsMBA or equivalent experience is a plusWillingness to travel up to 25% for team collaboration, client engagement, and industry eventsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United StatesCompensation: $180,000 - $220,000/year + equity + benefitsPerks:Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)Flexible paid time offRegular company-wide in-person eventsHome office stipend, and more!Corporate Values:Follow ThroughDeep UnderstandingWhatever It TakesDo Something Smart
