Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and evolve Plaud.ai’s global brand strategy, architecture, and messagingDrive consistency across all customer touchpoints while localizing for impact in key markets (US, EU, Japan, etc.)Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align brand narrative with business goalsPublic Relations & Thought LeadershipLead global PR strategy and execution — including corporate comms, product launches, and executive visibilityBuild strong relationships with global media, analysts, and influencersOversee sentiment control and reputation managementSocial Media & Digital StorytellingLead organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Develop high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, brand affinity, and thought leadershipMonitor trends and respond in real timeCreative & Brand AssetsManage the in-house and external creative teams responsible for visual identity and campaignsMaintain brand guidelines and ensure creative consistency across all channelsLaunch high-quality marketing assets, video content, and experiential designBrand Experiences & EventsLead flagship brand events globally — from product showcases, vertical trade shows, and executive summits to media activationsDevelop experiences that bring the brand to life and build community with media, users, and partnersSupport field marketing and regional teams with playbooks and toolkitsQualifications:7+ years of experience in brand leadership, with proven success as a Brand Director or equivalent at a leading luxury brandDeep expertise in brand storytelling, PR, and creative direction — with an eye for detail and luxury aestheticsExperience building brand equity through world-class events, media partnerships, and experiential marketingStrong understanding of global markets and customer behaviors, especially in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and AsiaExceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills — able to inspire cross-functional teams and external partnersBonus: Experience bridging traditional luxury brand building with digital innovation and modern media channelsOriginally posted on Himalayas
