Head of Game Design
We’re looking for a Head of Game Design to drive production quality, lead feature development, and shape the future of our game modes.
In this role, you'll guide and grow a team of designers, share best practices, mentor talents and play a key role in evaluating and evolving the design team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance and support
• Create an inspiring and motivating environment to maximize creativity and productivity
• Identify and hire talented game designers to build a strong team
• Transfer best practices between projects
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the mobile games market to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed game design decisions
• Collaborate closely with producers and game designers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts
• Evaluate new projects from a game design perspective
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Game Designer in commercially successful projects
• An interest in genre such as Idle Tycoon and deep, long-term player engagement
• Deep understanding of system game design principles
• Clear understanding of monetization strategies and principles
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects
• Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and industry trends
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with game analytics
• Ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision and ideas
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
