Head of Game Design
We’re looking for a Head of Game Design to drive production quality, lead feature development, and shape the future of our game modes. In this role, you'll guide and grow a team of designers, share best practices, mentor talents and play a key role in evaluating and evolving the design team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance and support
Create an inspiring and motivating environment to maximize creativity and productivity
Identify and hire talented game designers to build a strong team
Transfer best practices between projects
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the mobile games market to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed game design decisions
Collaborate closely with producers and game designers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts
Evaluate new projects from a game design perspective
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Game Designer in commercially successful projects
An interest in genre such as Idle Tycoon and deep, long-term player engagement
Deep understanding of system game design principles
Clear understanding of monetization strategies and principles
Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects
Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and industry trends
Excellent analytical skills and experience with game analytics
Ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision and ideas
Strong leadership and human resources management skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
