Head of Drug Safety (ED or VP)
I am partnering exclusively with a rare disease biotech still in stealth mode, who are looking for a ED or VP of drug safety. Kennedy Bond are currently partnered with a rare disease biotech still in stealth mode who are looking to bring in a ED / VP of Drug Safety. As the Head of Drug Safety, you will be responsible for scaling out the PV function in line with pipeline progression. This biotech have raised significant funds are already at clinical stage across a number of exciting programs. They have ambitious growth goals including doubling in size this year and are looking for an experienced drug safety physician to drive forward the PV function. To be considered for this role, please ensure you match in line with the below: - You must be a physician who has 10+ years' Industry experience, some of which must have been in biotech - Ideally you have some rare disease experience, and should be passionate about working in this space and getting drugs to patients where there is an unmet need - You need to be able to demonstrate your ability to run, build and fundamentally own the drug safety function - You should have experience of having worked the whole development lifecycle as it relates to drug safety - from IND through post-marketing studies - You should have exemplary communication skills - You should think with first principles, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions and to work at pace If this sounds of interest, please do reach out directly for further details.
