Head of Digital Growth (Company: Idea Village - Hybrid in Miami, Florida)
About the position
We are partnering with Idea Village to find their next high-impact, cross-brand role for a growth marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. You'll own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention, across a portfolio of health & wellness DTC brands, working closely with brand managers, creative teams, and leadership to hit aggressive revenue targets.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google) campaigns across all 5 brands
ā¢ Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo or equivalent), including flows, segmentation, and campaign calendars
ā¢ Identify and test new acquisition channels, conversion levers, and retention tactics across the portfolio
ā¢ Build dashboards and weekly performance reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership
ā¢ Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across brands, optimizing toward ROAS and CAC goals
Requirements
ā¢ 3ā5 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC or e-commerce
ā¢ Proven track record managing paid social (Meta Ads Manager) and paid search (Google Ads)
ā¢ Experience with email marketing platforms
ā¢ Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Health, wellness, beauty, or CPG industry experience a plus
ā¢ Self-starter mentality ā you don't wait to be told what to test next
ā¢ Experience at a DTC brand accelerator, holding company, or agency managing multiple accounts
ā¢ Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks
ā¢ Influencer or affiliate marketing experience
ā¢ Knowledge of AI tools for marketing efficiency and content ideation
