Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales Spain & LATAM on full-time hours and working from home remotely. As a Head of Account Management, you´ll have a direct impact on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction within our B2B market segment. You will: Lead and develop the Account Management team, implement best practices, and drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies to exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service, issue resolution, and long-term loyalty. Identify growth opportunities, support major deal closures, conduct QBRs, participate in RFPs, and manage fair account distribution. Develop strategies to secure renewals, lead negotiations, and address client concerns to maximize retention and satisfaction. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, deliver timely reports and revenue forecasts, and track budgets against actual results. Work closely with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless handovers, aligned strategies, and a collaborative sales culture. What You'll Offer Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, including 2 years leading teams. Native Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English. Strong understanding of the learning ecosystem, digital education tools, and client needs within the EdTech sector. Skill at building trust with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and strategic alignment. Proven track record in negotiation, deal-closing, account planning, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and turning insights into actionable strategies, with excellent CRM and time management skills.
