Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for the Head at VelionX Industries. The role involves overseeing strategic direction, managing operational priorities, and establishing partnerships to enhance business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and representing the company in client engagements, partnerships, and industry events. The Head will also play a pivotal role in shaping the development of cutting-edge solutions aligned with the company's mission.
Qualifications
• Leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong partnership development and relationship management capabilities, especially in building alliances with industry leaders.
• Expertise in technical domains related to autonomous systems, defense technologies, or software-defined hardware.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to guide the organization in meeting business objectives.
• Experience in scaling operations, creating market entry strategies, and ensuring export compliance is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills to represent the organization effectively across industry partners and events.
• Holds an advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field; experience in the defense or autonomous systems sector is a plus.
