HCM Product Owner - REMOTE
About the Company: AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner I to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud operations while partnering closely with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
This role is Primarily remote!!!!!
This role is open to w2 candidates only - USC - GC.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud HCM production operations, issue triage, and root cause analysis
ā¢ Coordinate with offshore AMS teams to resolve system and user issues efficiently
ā¢ Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational risks
ā¢ Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for enhancements and projects
ā¢ Participate in testing activities including test case review, execution, and validation
ā¢ Support project delivery from planning through deployment
ā¢ Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, DTP, vendors, and business stakeholders
ā¢ Assist with training materials, user communications, and change management initiatives
ā¢ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
ā¢ Support KPI tracking and evaluation of system enhancements and operational performance
Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications
Required Skills:
ā¢ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
ā¢ Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
ā¢ Knowledge of production support, testing, and system enhancement processes
