✅ Non-QM focus – DSCR, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, Commercial
✅ Mentorship included – Learn from seasoned loan professionals

Ideal Candidate:
– Based in the greater Houston area
– Strong communication and follow-up skills
– Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM)
– Coachable and eager to learn
– Sales or real estate experience is a plus – but not required
– Must be able to manage borrower docs and coordinate with processing team
What You’ll Do:
– Receive and follow up on incoming investor and borrower leads
– Set meetings and collect loan documents
– Coordinate with senior Loan Officers to structure and price deals
– Build your knowledge in Fix & Flip, DSCR, and creative finance loan products
– Grow into a licensed Loan Officer or lead your own pipeline
Compensation:
Commission-based with performance bonuses.
