With nearly $2 billion in loans closed, Park Place Finance can close quickly in 3-5 days for your clients needing private lending, without the hassle of a traditional loan process.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in either conventional lending, real estate, or have clients who fix and flip houses. Training, CRM and marketing support provided.
Conventional loan officers and loan brokers encouraged to apply, and either keep their conventional license with their current company, or we can sponsor your license and close conventional/ jumbo/VA/FHA loans in CA,TX,CO, FL.
This is a remote, 1099 commission only position that can either be part time or full time, with the opportunity to move to W2 salary plus commission plus benefits once 3 transactions are closed. Our top loan officers make over $400,000 per year, average year one income full time $105,000.
