Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming live chats in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and personalized support to clients.
Address client inquiries regarding insurance licensing, processes, and documentation, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
Leverage chat templates to streamline responses, while maintaining a personal touch and adapting to unique client needs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and case notes within our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with the support team.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services.


Requirements:

Prior experience in live chat or online customer support is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Exceptional written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple conversations simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance support services.
Fast typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
