Role: Business Support for the Data Management & Analytics team
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to business inquiries about our data assets, including datasets, reports, and dashboards
Provide guidance to business users on utilizing our data stack tools, such as PowerBI, SQL databases, and Databricks
Identify, analyze, and document recurring business questions that are not well-covered by existing data assets and solutions
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic data analysis and wrangling tasks, with experience in various contexts and toolings
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerBI, and SQL databases
Familiarity with programming languages R or Python (a plus, but not required)
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write concise and clear documents
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum process (a plus)
