Part-Time Evening OR Assistant - Women's Center
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OR Assistant to join our Women's Center team at Tampa General Hospital. As an OR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams by transporting patients, supplies, and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport patients, specimens, blood, instruments, and equipment supplies to assigned locations
Restock surgical suites and support areas with necessary supplies
Disinfect operating rooms and equipment as needed
Identify and report situations that require intervention to the Operations Supervisor
Perform job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
