Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently select, pack, and load shipments to meet customer expectations and deadlines
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move packages and products
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the distribution center
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
