Join our dynamic team as a Director of Business Development and take on a leadership role that will challenge and inspire you. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning (20-30%): Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and sales targets.
Coaching and Development (20-30%): Coach and develop a group of managers to drive growth and hit sales targets, and hire and onboard new managers to build a strong team.
Performance Management (10-20%): Drive a high-quality, rigorous sales review process, including account planning, account prioritization, and opportunity development.
Business Development (10-20%): Initiate, develop, and maintain executive-level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers.
Compliance (100%): Ensure adherence to the American Express Code of Conduct, Sales Practices policies, standards, and procedures, and meet all regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams, partnering with clients across various markets/industries, and working in a highly-regulated industry
Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, team motivation, personal accountability, compliance-focused, and results-driven


What We Offer:


Competitive Salary: $115,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually
Sales Incentive: Performance-based bonus
