Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and maintain satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure seamless service operation, promote and invoice video services to customers, and provide top-notch customer experiences.
Install equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.
Utilize corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transport company vehicles to job sites.


Requirements and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Must pass mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments.
Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position is advantageous.
