As a Guest Services Associate with Disney, you will represent our renowned brand by ensuring that every guest interaction is magical and memorable. Responsibilities will include communicating effectively with guests across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Associates will need to maintain a deep knowledge of our products, services, and park information to assist guests efficiently. ### Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional guest service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about Disney products and services.

2. Operate across multiple communication platforms, including voice calls, email, and live chat, to engage with guests.

3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney’s offerings, including theme park attractions, events, and promotions.

4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service.

5. Handle guest complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and positive guest outcomes.

7. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by soliciting feedback and learning from interactions.

### Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. Fluent in English; multilingualism is a strong advantage.

### Educational Qualifications
