Guest Service Team Member
Job Description:
Wingstop is looking for a Crew Member / Counter Service to join our team! As a Guest Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You'll act as the face and voice of Wingstop, ensuring that each guest has a positive, memorable, and seamless visit. Key Responsibilities:

ย Team Support: Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
ย Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a calm and friendly manner, escalating to management if needed.
ย Positive Experience: Provide a consistently positive guest experience, ensuring guests leave with a smile and are excited to return.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ย Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience.
ย Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
ย Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
