Job Description:

Wingstop is looking for a Crew Member / Counter Service to join our team! As a Guest Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You'll act as the face and voice of Wingstop, ensuring that each guest has a positive, memorable, and seamless visit. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, or answering the phone, you'll be key in providing authentic, positive, and genuine experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Β• Guest Interaction: Greet guests as they enter, provide friendly and helpful service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Β• Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately take orders, make recommendations, and ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
Β• Phone Support: Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with take-out orders, questions, and concerns.
Β• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Β• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Β• Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a calm and friendly manner, escalating to management if needed.
Β• Positive Experience: Provide a consistently positive guest experience, ensuring guests leave with a smile and are excited to return.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Β• Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience.
Β• Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
Β• Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Β• Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are accurate and timely, while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Β• Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, working efficiently during busy times.

Preferred Experience:
Β• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
Β• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
