6. Knowledge of Disney products and services is a plus
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience
2. Manage staff schedules and monitor performance
3. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas
5. Assist with training and development of staff members
6. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
