What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively solving problems from start to finish
- Maintain a pleasant, helpful, and courteous attitude while managing customer interactions
- Operate telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online claims
- Document customer contacts accurately, ensuring timely acknowledgment and striving for first contact resolution
- Assist with reservations, upgrades, and essential daily tasks for hotel support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and work with department operating systems
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Previous knowledge of Oracle products and NICE systems
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to professionalism
