We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations at the iconic Walt Disney World Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering immersive and exceptional guest experiences, while driving operational excellence and team development.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with guests and cast members to resolve issues and exceed expectations
Develop and lead a diverse team, recognizing and holding cast members accountable for delivering excellence
Act as a teacher and developer, taking a sincere interest in the cast's success and growth
Advocate for change, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
Partner with other leadership teams to drive shared goals and objectives
Provide operational perspective in project planning and departmental meetings
Make balanced daily operational decisions benefiting guests, cast members, and business demands
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Food & Beverage
Experience with multiple styles of service (Quick Service, Table Service, Concierge, Bar/Lounge, & Pool/Cabanas)
Ability to lead a team, hold self and others accountable, and manage conflict
Demonstrated operational guest service experience and skills
Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment
Understanding of financial aspects of operations, including operating budget, revenue, labor, and inventory systems
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience leading multiple locations simultaneously
Knowledge of labor management and food cost control
High-level guest service skills
Experience in team development
Experience leading in a union environment
Bilingual skills
